DO::

// Cleanse and moisturise your face morning and night.

// Do drink a minimum of 8-12 glasses of water each day.

// Do wake up and have a green drink or glass of water with apple cider vinegar.

// Do use natural skin care that does not strip the skin of its natural oils.

// A weekly face massage AND facial.

// Practice self love, your skin is a reflection of how you look after yourself holistically and how you feel.

// Add probiotics to your daily diet.

// Wear comfy clothes that make you feel and look amazing.

// Eat that piece of cake and DON'T feel guilty.

DON’T::

// Use heavy creams at night, they cause puffiness and clog up pores.
