The ultimate anti-aging salad.

The red cabbage in this salad is high in Vitamin C, the Avocado is high in monounsaturated fats, and the walnuts are high in Omega-3 fat.

These ingredients make this a delicious anti-aging food you'll want to enjoy every day.

Prep time: 10 minutes

This salad will leave you wanting more. It will make you feel fresh, beautiful and healthy. It's def a must have food this summer.

Makes: 4 servings. 

Ingredients:

1/4 Red cabbage, shredded
1/2 Green apple finely chopped
10 Black olives chopped
1/4 cup of roasted walnuts.
1/2 avocado chopped.


Dressing:

2 teaspoons of tahini
1 1.2 teaspoon of nutritional yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons of tamari
1 1/2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar


Directions:

Mix together the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Then mix together the dressing. Combine both together. 

Store in the refrigerator and eat within 2 days of making it.

Serve with fresh tomatoes, green or red (as illustrated in the photo above).
