Banana Smoothie Ingredients:
3/4 Cup coconut water
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Cardamon
1/2 Teaspoon Honey
1/4 Lime juice

Notes for individual Doshas:
For Kapha: Substitute coconut water with apple juice.
