The Ojas depends on the Tejas and Prana being balanced. The Ojas releases heat and light. It is this heat and light that is the energy of Tejas. It is the bodies temperature and digestion. it is also related to the transformation power within. It can assist in breaking down negative emotions and thoughts, digesting ones internal work. 

In order to have healthy Tejas, we need to ensure we are balanced emotionally, and with our thoughts. It means calming the mind and stabilizing the emotions. 

You can maintain healthy Tejas through:

  1. Meditation
  2. Mantras
  3. Mudras
  4. Practicing awareness and being in the moment.

Because of it's firey nature, Tejas is associated with Pitta. 

Prana

Prana is the breath, the chi, the spirit. Prana is the moving life force and is known for circulation, digestion, and secretion.

In order to have healthy Prana you need to focus on the breath. Including focusing on:

  1. Anuloma Viloma
  2. Agni Pranayama
  3. Yogic Breath.

Prana correlates with the energy of Vata.
